We are a global community of musician celebrating spirit of World music, and multicularalism.
"La Caravane du Maghreb," a Berlin-based Gnawa fusion band, interprets traditional Moroccan Gnawa, Malhoun, Chaabi, and Rai.
The original line up of Redha Bendib (ALG), Miloud Messabih (ALG), David Beck (DEU), and Belbachir Youssef (MAR) have been playing together for quite some years. Kanishka Sarkar (IND) joined the line up in 2022, with his synths and production style, the sound expanded to more modern electro fusion, resulting in an even more varied and captivating musical experience.
